Change Management

 

Change impacts us all – at a personal and organisational level.

Managing change requires that we first understand the way in way which change works – what drives it and how it impacts on us.  We have to be able to recognise when we and the organisations we work in are dealing well with change and when we are not.  We then need to have practical ways to work with change in a useful and purposeful way.
