Unfortunately tensions can arise in even the best of workplaces and sometimes these end up as formal complaints which require third party investigation in order to be properly dealt with.

DGHR Services is able to provide these services either directly or by providing advice to a third party legal firm so that they can in turn provide legally privileged advice to the client company.

DGHR Services is able to conduct sensitive investigations with the benefit of many years of working in industry with executive teams and in highly unionised environments.  If needed we are also able to go beyond the purely investigatory process and provide advice and assistance with remedial actions such as coaching, team building, cultural change and associated actions.

I am now partnered with QWorkplace and conduct most of my investigations via them.
